Our goal at RepoMax Auctions
is for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not, we offer a complete refund within 14 days of purchase. To receive a refund, please return the asset in its original condition. Please be aware that any damage caused by the buyer will make them ineligible for a refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 14 calendar days from receiving it until 5 PM DST. Our customer service team is always ready to assist you in returning or exchanging the asset. Please contact us and we will handle everything professionally.

Return Exception
We endeavor to provide professional service at RepoMax Auctions to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please be aware that vehicles that have undergone modifications, alterations from their original state, or are currently encumbered as loan collateral cannot be returned. Damage resulting from an accident is also not eligible for returns. We value your business and are committed to offering a quality product line.
